"Definitely not as smooth as I expected"
I was hoping the motion would feel a lot smoother, but it’s jerky in use. Even with small movements, you can really notice the little stutters, which makes it kind of frustrating...

"Delivery was ridiculously slow"
The delivery was such a headache. My bike showed up almost 3 weeks late, which is just way too long to be left waiting. The tracking barely updated, so I had no idea what was going on most of the time, and support took forever to respond. Really frustrating experience overall.

I’m happy with it overall. It feels worth it to me, even though the price is a little higher than I expected. Still, for what you get, I think it’s a solid buy.

so... I’m happy with the build quality. The frame feels sturdy, nothing wobbles, and it definitely doesn’t have that cheap feel. Seems like it should hold up well over time.

"Hard to use and honestly kind of frustrating"
I really wanted to give clmbr a fair shot, but the website made it harder than it needed to be. I was just trying to find basic info, and somehow I kept ending up on pages where I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to click next. Maybe I missed something, but...
It might be totally fine for other people, especially if they already know what they’re looking for. For me though, it just felt confusing and a little annoying, so I ended up giving up quickly.

"Honestly quieter than I expected"
I was a little nervous about using the CLMBR in my apartment, especially early in the morning, because I really didn’t want to annoy my neighbors. But it’s been surprisingly quiet, which makes me feel a lot more comfortable actually using it regularly. There is a tiny squeak sometimes when I pick up the pace, so I can’t say it’s completely silent, but it’s not loud or distracting. I’d probably give it 5 stars if that squeak wasn’t there.

"Short sessions, but yeah, they get you"
I’ve been using the clmbr for a little while now, and it surprised me. I’ll hop on for like 15 or 20 minutes thinking it won’t be too bad, and then somehow I’m drenched. My arms, legs, and core all feel it after, especially with that one part that always seems harder than it should. It’s definitely not easy, but that’s kind of why I like it. So far, I’m really happy with how it’s going

"Bike’s okay, but support was a letdown"
The bike itself is fine and I don’t really have major complaints there. But the support side was frustrating. It took days to hear back, and when they finally responded, it kind of felt like they were just giving me a basic answer instead of actually trying to solve the problem. Reading between the lines, I got the sense they were more interested in closing the ticket than helping me out.

"Good size for my apartment"
This works well for my apartment and definitely saves space. For some reason, it feels a little cramped when I’m using it, but overall it’s still a decent fit for a smaller place.

"Keeps me coming back, even on busy days"
I’ve started to look forward to opening the app. It’s smooth and easy to use, and the classes have this fun energy that reminds me why I enjoyed climbing in the first place. On hectic days, I can squeeze in a quick climb, and when I’ve got more time, the tougher ones really push me. It’s become one of those little routines that keeps me going.

"Setup was harder than it should’ve been"
I did get it set up eventually, and it works fine now, but the whole process was more frustrating than I expected. The instructions weren’t very clear, and there were a couple parts where I definitely needed another person to help. It ended up taking way longer than it should have. it made me lose some trust in the product right from the start because if the setup is this unclear, it makes you wonder what else might be overlooked.
